自主企画調査レポート「悪性腫瘍の遺伝子検査に関するシンジケート調査2024」/ Syndicated Study on Genetic Testing for Malignant Tumors2024

　“がんゲノム医療元年”である2019年の6月に、がん遺伝子パネル検査が保険適応を取得し、本格的にがんゲノム医療がスタートしました。がん遺伝子パネル検査の浸透状況や、医師が直面する課題、また今後どのようにがんゲノム医療が患者さんへ届いていくのかを理解するため、インテージヘルスケアでは本テーマに関する様々な調査を行っています。

2024年調査では、がん遺伝子パネル検査の保険適応取得から5年が経過した現在の変化を捉えるため、インターネット調査の結果をまとめました。本調査の結果が、今後のがんゲノム医療やがん遺伝子パネル検査のさらなる普及に向けた検討の一助となれば幸いです。

In June 2019, the first year of cancer genomic medicine, comprehensive genomic profiling became eligible for insurance coverage, marking the full launch of cancer genomic medicine. In order to understand the current state of adoption of comprehensive genomic profiling, the challenges doctors face, and how cancer genomic medicine will reach patients in the future, INTAGE Healthcare is conducting various surveys on this topic.

In the 2024 survey, we compiled the results of an online survey to capture current changes five years after comprehensive genomic profiling became eligible for insurance coverage. We hope that the results of this survey will aid in consideration of further popularizing cancer genomic medicine and comprehensive genomic profiling in the future.
